P1125 code, new throttle body or wiring?

Last summer when it was really hot, I would get a P1125 code several times a week on my 02 S. I would clear the code only to have it return in a day or so. After reading multiple threads here on NAM, I found that after I disconnected and then reconnected the electrical connector at the throttle body, the problem would go away for a while. When cooler tempatures came around in the fall and winter, no codes. Now with 100 deg temps back, I'm throwing codes again, almost daily. Do I need a new throttle body or is it the wiring harness, or something else?
