Exhaust smell in cabin

Hi guys and gals, I seem to be having an issue with my bone stock 06 MCS. When I get on the throttle hard, or even part throttle I can smell the exhaust inside the car. It still smells with the a/c on recirculate. When driving normal I don't smell it. The car runs perfect otherwise.
Has anyone else had this problem?

You might have a exhaust leak up near the exhaust header in the engine bay. Check for gasket leaks. The other place that might have a leak but is usually when sitting still is near number 4 in the diagram. If its not the gaskets then it could be the pipe.

Exhaust Manifold Gasket #2 part number 11621174968 make sure all the bolts are there an torqued down.

Thanks and hope that helps. If you can have someone throttle the engine while parked and check for noise of a leak and location, that will help pinpoint it.
