The dealer rating page seems to just be loaded with people happy about BUYING a mini. Now that you've had the beauty for a while, who LOVES their service depts? Threads seem to show a very polarized LOVE'em or HATE'em attitude. If you had to ROAD TRIP 3-4 hours for a good service experience .... would you do it and where would you go?

I had great service at Cincinnati Mini in Ohio. I was out in Dayton (45 mins from the dealer) on Business and my SRS light (Airbag light) went on. They got me in right away and supplied me with loaner (03 325 coupe). They fixed the car ASAP, called me when it was done, let me come a day later to get my MINI and even washed and vacummed it for me.

Best dealership experience I have had so far.

I drive 4+ hours (one way) for warranty work/dealer service to MINI of Concord (Concord, CA).
BTW I drive past another dealer that my MINI will ONLY see if it's on a flatbed, that dealer in Niello in Sacramento, CA.
