P115c then p1497

I have a '09 factory JCW and i was driving when i felt a sudden loss in power...i checked for fault codes and i found p115c..i knew thta it was the MAF that needed cleaning..i cleaned MAF and started the engine and i know have a noticable ruttle in idle and the car is now boosting but weak...i checked for codes and now p115c is gone and p1497 i checked for any leak in the system and i couldnt find...i dont know what to do and the car still ruttles at idle but runs smoothly through rpm with low power..car has done 60,000KM till now and it is fully stock with no modifications

P1497 Downstream throttle air leak. Check all intake hoses for cuts breaks and clips are all secured. Also you might want to check the valve cover as a crack in it can cause this code and has been known to be the cause of the code.
