Is the timing chain tensioner considered an internaly lubricted part?

I was reading over the extended warranty coverage and it stated "all internally lubricated parts including" and then starting listing items but didn't list the timing chain tensioner.

To my understanding it would be considered an internally lubricated part, right? It works of oil/ and oil pressure and needs to be lubricated to work. Whats your thoughts of this, im just curious.

Thanks.

There is no dispute about it. The timing chain tensioner plunger is part of the oil system. You just can't argue about it. The plunger isn't forced onto to the timing chain guide by anything else. This is something the MINI document writers forgot to mention.

That's what I had in mind, that they forgot this part.
