Amp trouble?

Hey guys, new to the forum & having trouble finding threads with the "search" function. I'm sure a similar issue has been covered.
Anyway, I recently purchased a used '09 FJCW with the HiFi system and I'm having some issues. About a month ago the sound started to cut out intermittently. I'm talking everything... No voice command, no stereo, no chime upon entering the car, etc... Dealer said it sounded like the HK amp and after doing a diagnostic, they concluded that it was. They replaced it and all was well... For about 4 days. Now, same thing all over again... no sound at all. Back to the dealer tomorrow~ anyone else heard of this? Thanks~

They run on fiber optic between the radio, amp, and Bluetooth box under the seat. If either of those or the fiber line is bad all will fail

Thanks r34king... I'll mention this to the advisor when I drop it off. That should help expedite the troubleshooting process if they haven't encountered it before. I really appreciate the input.
