correct head gasket for Cooper S

I'm repairing a burned valve on my '07 Cooper S R56 (12/06 build). When I look up the head gasket, I get lots of ambiguity. This is what MINI South Atlanta offers when I tell it '07 CooperS

11127595138 Cylinder Head Gasket Asbestos-Free. 0,90MM. $143.56

11127586907 Cylinder Head Gasket Asbestos-Free. 0,90MM
Cooper S Clubman: Up To 02/2009 Cooper S Converitble: Up To 02/2009 Cooper S: Up To 02/2009 Cooper Works Clubman: Up To 02/2009 Cooper Works Converitb... Show More $140.75

11127560276 Cylinder Head Gasket Asbestos-Free. 0,90MM
Cooper S Clubman: Up To 09/2008 Cooper S Converitble: Up To 09/2008 Cooper S: Up To 09/2008 Cooper Works Clubman: Up To 09/2008 Cooper Works Converitb... Show More $67.50

11127560277 Cylinder Head Gasket Asbestos-Free. 1,20MM (+0,3) $144.27

11127586908 Cylinder Head Gasket Asbestos-Free. 1,20MM (+0,3) $147.05

Then REALOEM, given the additional info of USA car plus 12/06 build, offers
01 Cylinder Head Gasket Asbestos-Free 1,20MM (+0,3) 1 11127586908 $143.42

01 Cylinder Head Gasket Asbestos-Free 0,90MM 1 11127595138 $68.77

Does anyone know the relevance of the two different thicknesses?

Relevant when you machine the mating faces of either just the cylinder head, block deck face or a combination of both, if you've not done any and don't plan on doing any re-surface machine work, then simply select the factory stock head gasket 0.9mm, that said whilst the head is off, do thoroughly check both mating faces for warping, pitting and any other irregularities.

That makes sense, Czar. Thanks! On my Little British Cars of the past (MGB & Spitfire) the additional compression ratio from a head skim was a welcome improvement, but given the turbo/low base compression paradox, it's probably not a welcome side effect to many owners. My Dad's told me about the double head gaskets that folks sometimes use in developing nations to compensate for lousy fuel.

No reason to belive I need a cut on either surface, but I'll be sure to take a machine rule to it and check.
