So, I just installed a new window motor and it runs backward...up is down and down is up. Why/how do I fix this?

Thanks

Props to "Paul P" for posting the solution on youtube.

1. Take the regulator assembly out of the door. :( You can just take out the front part with the motor on it if you're lazy.
2. The metal motor housing is secured to the plastic gear box with 4 small screws at the base of the housing. Remove them.
3. Slide the housing about half way off the motor, rotate the housing around the motor's axle 180 degrees, and slide it back on.
4. Reinstall the 4 screws.
5. Reinstall the regulator assembly in the door.
Voila!
