vacuum line

My dealer said I had a vacuum line that was getting plump or swollen and I should replace it. why He did not I have no idea. When I asked him where it was he said under the intake at the vacuum block. I pulled the breather box and searched but I did not find anything. I looked under the car and saw a few but they where all cover in webbing and looked fine. Any ideas? he said it should be addressed asap.

You didn't ask to be shown which line / area was affected?

Here's the vacuum reservoir:

Was it any of these?

Versus the crankcase breather tube which attaches to the intake manifold:

vacuum line

Thanks Erik,
It is not the one on the valve cover as I removed it and blocked it when I installed a catch can. it must be one going to the vacuum resoivour. I never did see it with that many lines so I will just have to look again.

Brought my car to the dealership for timing chain tensioner. After getting it back, a mile down the road, i realized the car was in limp mode and the check engine light came on. Turned around and brought it back to service. After another day with a loaner i was called to come pick my car up. The voicemail said it was a vacuum leak from an intake hose due to a loose clamp. Went and grabbed the car. The paperwork said charge tube not secured properly. Drove it home fine (5mi.) Took the car out an hour later and after a mile heard a loud hiss under boost. (like a vac line blew and got a check engine light agian.) Charge pipe seems to be fine (as well as clamps on it). car seems to blow off fine while idling after being off for a couple of minutes. under throttle, after building boost, car goes limp and nasty hiss. now its wanting to stall while idling and sputtering hard while driving. im quite confused and frustrated...and about to go to back to an audi!..please help.

Were you ever walked through the explanation of the CEL and the fault codes that produced such?

Have you scanned the car with an approved OBDII scan tool to see what else is going on?

Car still under warranty? If so, bring it back and get it ironed out.
Seems to be something minor that's being overlooked and not properly taken care of.
