First, let me just say that I did indeed search this forum for the following, but I think my problem is a bit unique:

Regardless of temperature, road conditions, or whether or not my stereo is actually on at all, I get white noise bursts over the speakers (usually driver side rear). I've verified that all the speakers do work. What is stumping me is the fact that it occurrs even with the radio switched off.

Has anyone ever experienced this? I know other people had bursts of white noise, but only when listening to music loudly (from what I've found).

Any tips on where I should start my troubleshooting?
