transmission mount

2007 S, Hatchback (not convertible), automatic transmission. Dealer said I need a "transmission mount." I try to find one on line. An online parts store searches and says they have the right one and sends it to me. Mechanic says it is complete wrong part. Anybody have any idea what is the exact "transmission mount" I need? I assume it is some sort of lemforder part. Please help. thanks.

Pictures of the item you received would really help us to help you.

There is only one transmission mount for your car. but it comes in two pieces.
Bottom Half - 22316784357
Top Half - 22316872019

There as far as i know only 2 other items that it could be. one is the engine mount and the other is commonly referred to as a torque arm or lower engine mount.

The lower engine mount/torque are is different on the early 2007 models and it triangular shaped at one end and a triangular rubber bushing. The newer version has a round end and a round rubber bushing.

transimission mount

Thanks for your reply. Does not help me. I am pretty sure the part I got was the 22316784357. My mechanic says that part fits no where on my car. I would guess if that part does not fit, the "lower half" does not fit either.

Anyone have a picture of what 22316784357 looks like?
