So first of all I have a 2005 MCS with self leveling xenon's. I was coming out of the gym last night and I turned on my headlights, which were pointing at a wall. As you can see the lights look uneven. Is this normal? Is there a problem with the auto levelers? Note: The headlights are down by the bush. The other lights are just spotlights. Thanks in advance.

 

The left headlight is sometimes aimed just a bit lower than the right to avoid blinding oncoming traffic...many folks adjust this out. Not saying they are aimed perfect...but they look prett typical i think...if the auto levelel was bad i think it would be further off.

 

AND, the right side headlight is deliberately aimed a little high in order to cast more light to the side of the road to see pedestrians, animals, etc. In England they are aimed the exact opposite.

 

They're supposed to be aimed like that. Nothing to worry about.

 

I have a 2005 Cooper. Mine are positioned the exact same way as yours. I do not have Zenon. Mine has always been that way.
