Window Motor Spins, Cables Solid but Don't Move

Window Motor Spins, Cables Solid but Don't Move
The window stopped moving even though the motor torques with movement inside. The cables are in tact but no movement.
I don't have a garage to pull everything out and investigate, so I am trying to figure what I need to order before pulling it out.
Any suggestions, I couldn't find this exact isssue.
