Just hit 6000 miles and wanted to try cd player for the first time but when I tried to put the cd, the slot won't suck(?) my cd in :(

First I thought cd was already in there so I tried to eject but nothing happened.

I tried to put the cd in while hitting the cd icon but it won't work either. Weird thing was I got an error sign below the cd icon.

I'm going to visit my dealer sometime this coming week but just wanted to know if anyone else is having same issue
