Has anybody run into the same problem 3+ times on their Mini? What did Mini do for you to fix the problem? What kind of problems did you encounter? Did they just repair the vehicle or did they replace the car for you?
My car has just over 4000 miles and I already ran into the same problem 4 times. This is my third time taking it to the dealer. The first time, the claimed the radio was the problem. Second the throttle body and third the main computer. All the problems, whatever the cause, all had the same effect on the car; the car would have a significant loss of power. After stopping at a red light, the rpm would stay at 2000 for about 4 seconds even if i floored it. Then the car would suddenly jerk forward and hit about 6000 rpm. The car also jerked even more than usual when I took my foot off the brakes and accelerator.
