Engine/radiator smoking?

Hi, today my car started smoking/steaming from the engine. More particularly, it seems to be coming from the radiator or near it.

I took my car to the audio shop around noon today, and about an hour after I got a call saying that the car was steaming and whether or not they should be worried about it. I said no, as I washed the car on friday and believed that maybe some excess water was steaming from landing on the engine. I was wrong. I told them to go on and go about with the install of my subwoofer and amp. Later on, they were almost done, when the car started smoking again. They called again and really wanted me to come down, saying they weren't going to move on until I saw what was happening, maybe to find its source.

I went there and saw it. It was nearly odorless, until you stuck your nose into the smoke. The smoke goes on for a long good while, and even after you turn off the car. I can't figure out what is wrong with it. My Dad and I took off the top front grille and looked down at the bottom right of the radiator, and it was wet in some places. Not soaking wet, but looks like from steam moisture. If anyone has an answer to this, it would be much appreciated. Video is coming shortly.

First, don't let your MINI smoke, it'll stunt its growth ... oops, too late.
Second, sounds like it may be a leak at the base of the radiator.

A tiny hole in radiator in that location. Easier and cheaper would be a hose, but if your luck is like mine, it's the radiator.
