I noticed last night (in the rain) that my rear wiper is no longer working. The washer will spray, but the wiper will not swipe. I checked the fuse and it appeared to be bad, so I put a new fuse in and that one blew too. Would that indicate that the motor needs to be replaced? I searched the older threads but didn't find much on this subject. Thanks!

 

take it out and test it with a multimeter.
