Basically what the title says. Both the front and rear wipers will start wiping away as soon as I turn the car off. When my car is running, the wipers act as usual; I can turn them off or on. I ended up taking out the two fuses for the wipers, so I don't have to listen to the sound of screeching blades.

I ran a search, but I didn't find any related threads. There are no warning lights on the dash and everything seems to be fine, as long as my car is running. . . any ideas? Thanks.

 

I've got a car in the shop with the exact same problem. It's the BC1 module that is faulty.
