Do you have any symptoms other than the code?

That is usually a bad/faulty throttle body valve, but without more infomation, that's about all I can give you

It could be a torn crank pulley, bad TMAP sensor, intake leak after the supercharger or bad bypass valve.

+1 linked above on the bypass valve.

I had this code when I initially had my mini. Took a bit to pop up, and dealer ended up replacing the throttle body.
I had bought my mini from a Toyota dealership, and it came on when I was driving it home. Since it was so early, (even with 100K), Toyota paid for the fix at the MINI dealership.

This came up on my vehicle a few days ago as a pending fault. The generic MINI code description is "boost leak after supercharger." Turns out it was the plastic vacuum line with rubber tip that slipped off the nipple at the far left end (when facing the engine) of the intake manifold. This is the line that connects to the fuel pressure regulator on the other end. Plugged it back in, cleared the code and it hasn't come back.
