Climate controll issue

So I did do some searching and saw a similar problem to mine, but nothing that was the exact same or had a solution. So here it is: My R53 has the automatic air conditioning feature (not sure if that's relevant) but when ever I shut off my climate control, air will still come out of what ever vents it was last set on, as well as what ever temperature i had it set to last, hot or cold. I also noticed it all depends on how fast I am moving; when I'm stopped nothing comes out, but when I am moving its a fairly substantial amount of air; as if the fan speed was set on low. Is there anything I can do about this?

One of the reasons it does that is to prevent the windows from fogging up, push the re cir button and youwill not have any airflow

Mine does the same thing. Apparently it was designed to be on, not off. As stated above, hitting the 'recirc' will stop the airflow.
