Rear Trailing Arm Maintenance?

I know to keep a careful eye on the lower control arm bushings in the front of the car, but is there any required/recommended maintenance for the rear trailing arms? I looked on RealOEM.com, and I can't find anything obviously-consumable like a bushing, unless you're just supposed to replace the entire trailing arm as a unit. At $370 per side, I'm hoping that's not the case.

I have about 75k miles right now and will be replacing the rear shocks soon, so I thought it might be a good time to address any other wear items back there.

I put some power flex inserts in mine....Damn rear brakes grab now like throwing an anchor out the boot. A nice upgrade.

MINI made two different types of bushings for this part. Depends on mfg date of the MINI. PF first sent wrong yellow inserts ( too small ) New ones were much larger in diameter. Again, nice upgrade.
