So I noticed my low speed fan is not coming on, and sometimes after I turn my car off the high speed fan comes on and stays on. Usually when that happens, I just go turn the ignition switch to the on position then turn it off again and it clears the issue.

I want to replace the fan assembly for this issue.

It would depend on the production date of your MINI. Before and after March 2003 they had a differnt hook up.

Check the door jam plate for prod date.
