Please Help!!!

I have an 03 MCS that has been running hot/overheating. I have replaced the radiator fan and the relay yet it still does not come on. Even with the a/c on the fan does not kick in. The car is not overheating at the moment but I am afraid that it will again. Is there something I am missing or that I need to check for that controls the fan that I am unaware of. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I am at a loss.
Thanks in advance.
Jason

Have you checked the fuse in the fusebox under the hood? Someone else recently reported theirs had blown. Might want to check your PS fan, too. IIRC on some early 03's they were on the same circuit as the rad fan.

Is the power steering fan supposed to run at all times while the car is running?

No, but it can cause the fuse to blow and thereby cause the rad fan to stop working.
