Hmm, Strange problem on my 2003 Mini Cooper non s

I was leveling my low beam headlights two nights ago with the correct leveling dials and somehow now the highbeam/running lights are completely off and unlevel now. No matter if I try to recreate what I did with the leveling of the regular low beams, the highbeams/running lights will not move nor change where they are pointed. I also have tried reseating the bulbs for the highbeams in the housing, but this still does not help me. Does anyone know how to adjust the leveling of the highbeams?
