Ticking from speakers
Ticking from speakers
This is really wierd. My radio speakers will start ticking and produce a static sound. The wierd part is that the ticking and static will continue after I turn the radio off, turn the car off, remove the key, get out of the car, close the door and walk away for some time. When I come back it might still be ticking or it might have stopped. Take the car out again and it might start ticking again or it might not.
I tried removing the radio fuse for a week, still happens. I tried diconnecting the negative side of the battery over night, still happens. It doesn't matter if the radio is on or off, still happens.
This is an '08 Cooper S.
Any ideas?
