2005 s with tranny probs auto

i knowingly just bought a 05 s stock with 95,000 with tranny on outs for 3 grand.

ok here is the issue, tranny shifts all over the place.
when take off slow it will slam into second not consistant.
it doesent feel like the car slips,i ran it up around 115 at 51-5300 rpms
if thats normal rpms at those speeds then im to believe i have no slipping issues.BUT

It's not cheap to get it replaced either.

Good Luck.

Evilness, please read carefully. He has an '05 MCSa which has the Aisin 6 speed auto, NOT the CVT. The CVT is problematic, not the 6 speed auto in the MCS.
