Caliper question

My car was built 4/03 which is when Mini started using different calipers. They are listed as "from 4/03" in any parts catalogs. Does anyone know if this means that all calipers from 4/03 until present can use the same calipers or have they changed again. I can't find a right rear caliper anywhere and I need to find one soon. HEEEELP!!!!

It's a MCS.

I think what was changed was the connector for the hose...functionaly they are the same I think. They use the same pads...
Have you tried the german auto places online? If nonr of the vendors have it listed, call them, they all have much more than they list, and most can get dealer only parts at a bit of a dicount...if nomluck then try germanautoparts.com or bimmerspecialist.com....they both have lots of mini items. Believe it or not, NAPA might have them with 24 hr order time too...
