Is that some sort of seal that is running around the top of the roof all the way around? Its black, above the glass, but under the white roof. Should I just use a UV blocker? Ditto for the rubber flashing above the plastic platform the front wipers sit on.

Also, my steering wheel, the actual horn button, has some sort of mark or smudge. Was delivered that way. It seems like that paint is soft-touch or flat....how would you clean that without making it peel or flake?
