Ever Change Differential Fluid?

I'm approaching 50,000 miles, so I've decided to change the transmission fluid. I've found some great posts by k-huevo that will help me do that. I ran across this:

Thanks,

Seth

I think that post is for cars in general and not mini specific. Front wheel drive cars dont have differentials. It is combined in the transmission, or more precisely, the transaxle.

Wow! I feel dumb. I was assuming the front diff and the tranny were combined, but I saw that MINI blog and thought I'd missed something. Okay...lets pretend this little conversation never happened.
