Out of balance wheel, alignment issues, or the worse could be worn out bushings in the front. These are the simplest ones to look at first.

Alright I drove it home and stepped on the supercharger tried diff gears going lightly and going hard on it. Didnt do it as much. A bit around 3k for 3rd and 4th gear. around 50mph in 5th and 6th. mainly only when boost is used too.. i never did get an alignment after i installed springs. (because i am getting coilovers real real soon)

Are the bushings with the springs? I remember when we installed my springs the rubber that was w the springs was super worn out . When I get coilovers it will replace those too right? I'm getting the vmaxx .

You can add the percent oversize to your pulley reduction...so if you get a 2%, and you have a 15% sc pulley, you end up the same as a 17% SC reduction pulley.
I strongly reccomend if you decide to replace your crank pulley, you stick to a dampened one...WayMotorWorks sells some dampened pulleys that are lighter than stock.
Jan at RMW has stated he has seen several failures of undampened pulleys...in the indrustry, if your car came with a dampened pulley, it is strongly recommended to replace it only with a dampened pulley...to ensure crankshaft, bearing, and seal life.

Before you go randomly spending money on parts...I would get you car checked out...the vibration could come from many things...worn axels, bad alighnment, etc....

And the fact that he lowered it?

Many, many variables here, I also would not just go throw money at parts for it till you know what you're up against....

Could be a motor mount too....

I have a 17% Pulley which is reaching 19psi maybe I shouldnt get higher than 0% crank? is it safe?

thats alittle high your gona end up spinning the charger too fast, its going to burn out in time, i have a customer that put a 19% on the car in 2002 now he has got around 150,000Km and hes only hitting 12 psi now. so it your gona use a alta crank pully use a 0% so its stock size dont go oversized..... i dont recomend them i have had them brake on the track... The 2005 crank pully is differnt than the 02-04 pullys and its a better style.

Thank you very much for your input. So what Crank Pulley do you recommend? Just a stock replacement?

The non-oem one waymotorworks sells is actually better than stock...cheaper too...it might still be on sale too!! If you already have a 17%, I would strongly reccomend you use the stock size. Does the damper look bad?

When you lowered your car, did you just do springs? Did you swap out Anything else? Did this start immidately after you lowered you car?
Is the vibration at 3000 rpm at any speed...or even when not moving?

Alright its a funny story. My friend gave me his springs since he upgraded to a r56. he thought he gave me his m7s but it was actually his stock s springs. so i replaced my stock springs with his stock springs lol. so i didnt do an alignment. that was last summer. i am getting coilovers in a couple weeks so i will see if it helps anything out. i will look at the waymotorworks crank. thanks. i didnt notice vibration till this week. it only does it in 2-6 gears and around 3k+ while using high boost. edit didnt feel it at all today while driving. odd.

Maybe an odd harmonic due to having springs of the wrong type, size, or spring rate?!
BMW actually has a website that you enter you vin#, and based upon factory options, tells you the optimum spring rate. Things like sunroof/no sunroof can make pretty big changes in what is optimum.

Well I finally got the Flow Master tips welded onto my custom exhaust. While he was at it I had him check for anything that could be causing vibration. Found out the problem. Exhaust Hanger Rubber Mounts were cracked. Bought 2 new ones from Motorwerks BMW for a total of $85. Vibration is now gone.
