Rear Window Wiper Is Always On

Help!!!

I went to turn on my rear wiper and when I put it back to the off position it just stayed on. Only way I was able to turn it off was to pull the fuse.

I have the same issue but it will decide to stop on its own eventually...really annoying.

I don't have an after market radio.
