Shifting Problems :(
I've noticed that shifting through the gears, especially from first to second there is a slight "catching" sound. Its not terrible like a grind but there is a little friction between each gear that doesnt seem normal.
I have a 05 Cooper S, it only has 30k miles on it. Any ideas?
To be honest, I'm hoping its a cheap fix, that I can replace with performance parts--justifiable to the wife

It has not changed and I have done 2 fluid changes with MTL. No shavings in the drained oil so I have stopped thinking about it.
