2002 MCS A/C wont shut off, Snowflake light wont come on?

2002 MCS A/C wont shut off, Snowflake light wont come on?
This is with the automatic climate control. The air blows cold but I cant shut it off unless i just shut off the whole system. Anyone have the same problem? Also the AC light (snowflake) light will not come on.
