A screw/fastener sticking (picture)

Doing routine inspection after a short but intensive driving, I noticed something under the belly of my MINI. Looks like a screw was not driven all the way in. Could somebody knowledgeable take a look at those pictures and tell me that it's safe? Sure minor thing but I like perfection.

Thanks for looking,

First looks like your gas tank. Second it's just a plastic faster, there are dozens of them all over the car. Just pull the center pin out, push the fastener all the way back in, and then push the center pin back in and you'll be all set.
