witch one will give more power for autoX and is cheaper? Stiegeler's ported rebuild or a retrofit Electric Water pump kit on my old S/C ?

 

Will I wouldnt expect either one to "give" more power than stock, but an electric would free up power that would have been used for driving the water pump. Doing that of course is going to bump you class though (assuming SCCA rules).
