Last night, my hubby and I were driving, and we were at a stop... we tried to take off, but then the car stalled, and it's an automatic! what happened? there were like no lights on the display or anything.. did the shift **** possibly move to the right? I don't know what to do.. I've only had my car for 11 days...

 

I had the same problem. At a stop, my car died, but started back up with no problem. Took it to the dealership for a software upgrade.

The other problem I had was when I turned of my car, all of the power would die. No interior light, windows wouldn't go down to allow for the door to open, clock/meter reset etc. Waited a minute, then car would start....then would be ok when turned off. Found it to be a loose battery connection.

The latest software update is expected to be out very soon (within the next week or so). Call you dealer to see if you can schedule for an upgrade. This is supposed to fix the stumble (which I'm not sure you are experiencing) and possibly your stalling problem.

Thanks so much! I did call my dealer today, and he told me that everything's so computerized nowadays.. that I'd have to wait for a software upgrade as well. I was so nervous today driving on the freeway, because I was afraid it was going to stall! And yes, I do experience the "stumble". My hubby noticed it too.. I just sorta overlooked it.. but at least I know I'm not the only one who experienced it. Thanks!
