Issues with Radio,A/C,Nav, interior lights
Alright I have an 03 Cooper S. My passenger window was messed up and wouldnt go up all the way(Fixed that). Well that day it rained i covered the window but didnt do such a good job since i was late for work. when i can home there was water all in the passenger side of the car. After cleaning everything up and getting it dry. The car started to act up the Radio say disable and the Nav just lights up but nothing shows up. Also the A/C doesnt turn on and the Interior lights dont come on either when u turn the lights on.
The things ive done was dry everything up i disconnected some thing to check if water was in it like the a/c and radio. I also checked all the fuses to see if any of them went bad and they are all still good. Now am stuck dont know what to do next and i dont want to take it to the dealer. Need some help or suggestions.

I'm going to bump this as it sounds so similar to what happened this morning. background, I replaced the H/K system in my car last week ( no splicing or hacking, harness and my own speaker cables), everything was ok until I re-installed the sub that had been there since last year last night, this morning I have no door chime, no turn signal indicator on the tach (they are working and light when used, this includes the hazards) the dash lights don't work and I had a cel briefly. Mojo also died this morning, I replaced the 5a fuse and no problems since. Anyone have trouble like this? All fuses look good under the bonnet and inside.
EDIT:
I fixed my issue out in the parking lot. Somehow either I had a bare wire grounding or I had somehow lossened the harness underneath the old stereo but once I reaced back there and pushed forward on the a/c panel, everything started working again. When you fixed the windows did you happen to take it apart at the console, if so you may have a loose connection on the backside. Check that.
