Source for OE body parts

I got into an accident and need some parts. It looks like the front bumper, hood and possibly a trailing arm or two and some trim. What's the best (cheap and honest) source for OE parts. I want to compare used versus new.

I got some trim pieces from ECS Tuning. They seem to have access to a good selection of parts, but the price varies from cheap to OMG. I will be picking up a few more items from them soon. Just copy/paste the OEM P/N from RealOEM.com and see what they have.

They don't have the MINI in there list of cars to choose from, but it doesn't matter. Just pick anything and paste the P/N.

I'm in the same boat as you, making front end repairs on my car...

Try out www.car-part.com -they've got a pretty good site for finding OE used parts. You might be lucky and find your parts in the same exact color too!

I was able to find every piece I needed except for an S hood... hoping to find one in Jet Black

I'll try them out for some the larger parts that I need--front bumper and hood. I'm toying with the idea of going carbon fiber for the hood...

I'm a little confused - this was posted in the 1st gen forum, but your sig says 2008. Which car is this for?

I have a convertible, which is still first gen. The second gen version of the convertible comes out this month.

Gotcha - oops - didn't catch that, sorry.

Sometimes the dealers have "take offs" from when people upgraded to aero kits - wouldn't hurt to ask the guy at your local parts counter about the front bumper. Someone out here in NJ got a replacement front bumper this way already painted to match their car for less than what a new bumper would cost unpainted. The dealer had it for a while and finally needed the space more than the money. Sparking Silver might not be the most common color, but maybe you'll get lucky...

What parts are you guys looking for? I just checked ECSTuning, and found some '08 parts. For instance:

The bonnet, goes for $468.06...
