So the other day i was driving home and there was smoke coming out of all my vents inside the car. it also smells like antifreeze so i have to drive with my windows down at all time!!! it also keeps fogging up all my window so at some points i cant even see out so i have to pull over. its either smoke or steam, but its smells like antifreeze. and its been doing this for about 3 days now. anyone know what is wrong?

that your overflow tank is cracked and/or the cap is failing, and it's getting sucked in the vent system. But you HAVE to check levels. Three days is a long time, and if you loose too much coolant, you'll have a lot more to replace than just an overflow tank and some coolant. If you don't work on your car, have the cooling system pressure tested at a shop.

Simply driving with the windows down will not prevent yoy from getting poisoned by the coolant fume, it will just slow it down.
