We've had nothing but trouble since we replaced the front run flat tires. After the tech damaged the wheels and caused incessant leakage that I had to refill weekly they found the problem, filed it all down, added all kinds of sealer and it was OK for a while. Now it's losing 1 lb a day and the REAR wheels are doing likewise.

Has anyone has problems with the integrity of these white painted wheels?

Sounds to me like the tire shop should be calling your local MINI dealer and getting you a new a rim. I had a tire shop do this on my Pontiac and they bought me a new rim from the dealer. All it took was a loud nasty conversation in front of other customers.

 

There's a whole set of 17" "S" lites complete with OEM Runflats for $250 from another member here in the classifieds section. Not bad at all for the price.
