Washer jets not working-help

Headlight washer and rear window washer jets stopped working. Fluid full and I can hear the motors runnning, rear dribbles a small amount of fluid, nothing from headlight washers. Windshield jets work just fine.

Add Avodart to the gas?

Seriously, any ideas where to start to look for the problem source?

headlights are on? washers for headlights only work with the headlights on.

or the line could be pinched. check where the passenger side cowl is and follow the lines.

Lights on and spraying gear rises. Aren't rear wiper and lights are on different reservoirs?

I just got done working on mine. windshield and rear are on the same reservoir, the windshield is on the driver's sided reservoir. My washers for the rear and windshield stopped spraying so I filled up the reservoir and it all ran out the bottom of the car. One of the lines had a kink and the pressure was too much for the other so it blew off. easy fix, let me know if you have any questions

The rear jet could be plugging up. I pulled the black cover off (I think it hinges) and ran a piece of safety wire down into the hole to dislodge whatever gunk was in there. It now works great. Sorry no help with the headlight washers. I never even checked to see if mine worked...

Thanks, I'll try that tonight. I looked, and it was sort of rusty so maybe thats it in the rear. Headlight washer may be coincidentally at the same time but clearly unrelated if it uses the other bottle and pump. I suppose following for a kink is next step. The bottle sure is buried deep.

My windshield washer reservoir is leaking and I don't know how to get to it. How did you fix yours?

remove your inner fender plastic, phillips tip screwdriver and about ten minutes, the reservoir is under your sidmaker and held on by two boltsthe first one is accessible through here. Next, pop out your sidemarker. First remove the light by pushing it forward and pulling it out. Then stick your finger in the hole and firmly pull the rest of the marker out. behind there is the last bold to remove your reservoir. mine was leaking but it had popped a hose off

As anyone done a pictorial on how to remove the reservoir? My wife's Mini windshield washer reservoir just leaks on the floor when I try to fill it
