I seem to be having the typical door lock problem and can't seem to locate a supplier for a new door lock actuator so that I can replace it. Any help?

If wou want the answer to your question, you will have to give more details. is this a new car?. Why are you replacing it? what is wrong with it? (NOPE is not an answer) we are not mind readers.

 

Nope is a pretty good answer to "warranty?" I thought.
It is an '05 that will not unlock drivers side door. The actuator is bad. I have already had the door and mechanism apart but can't find a supplier outside of the dealer to get the part. I have seen forums online where they refer to it as the door lock solenoid but, I believe it is properly known as the door lock actuator.

 

You have wandered in to the wrong forum. You need to be over in first gen. Over here in second gen land _most_ of us are still in warranty.
