Strange Noise from Drivers side Back

I have noticed a strange (metallic grinding) sound coming from the rear drivers side of the car. The noise is very odd. I have jacked up the car and I have found nothing that would cause the sound. It happens when the car is in motion (In or out of gear) The sound will stop when I brake. So it could be something to do with the brake system. Any ideas?
Thanks,

John

I'm guessing stuck pad/caliper or new rotors and pads like you mentioned.

Did that address your problem? I'm having a similar issue, although mine seems to be more about after I let off the break on a full stop...

Why was it warped? Did the caliper go bad or pad get jammed or

Honestly I have no idea. The rear rotors were pretty old though. IF it happens a again then I will know something is wrong with the caliper. lol
