Help Needed - no a/c, cd changer, mfsw controls, pass door lock

So this past week my key fob and door lock started acting up, the passenger side door wouldn't lock, or unlock, unless I locked/unlocked it on my own. Then today, I get in my car and several other things go wrong. The doorlock on the driver's side did the same (the key fob worked still) and it later "fixed" itself so that's not an issue. However, my A/C no longer turns on, the iPod interface I have connected to the CD Changer no longer works (so the CD Changer isn't getting power), AND the MFSW controls don't work.

I'm clueless as to what could've gone wrong, literally from one day to the next. I didn't drive the car yesterday at all and it worked fine before then. Could a series of fuses have gone bad and need replacing? I haven't had a chance to look at it yet as I'm currently at work and it will have to wait until I get home this evening.

Please, any ideas on what to check for would be appreciated. My best guess is the fusebox and check for blown fuses. But, other than that, any ideas?

TIA

Well I went out to lunch just now and I made sure all the fuses/relays were plugged all the way in and I also unplugged and plugged in the iPod interface. Turned the car on and magically the MSFW controls work, CD Changer works, and the A/C works.

However, the passenger side door lock still doesn't respond to the key fob or the door lock toggle. Any ideas what that could be?

Aftermarket IPOD adapters that run to your cd changer controls seem to be a bad idea. Have had a vehicle that went "haywire" and unplugged their aftermarket ipod adapter that ran to the cd changer controls and WA-LA! Back to life. With your door lock, you 99% of the time will need a door lock actuator.
