Hi all, this is my first post but i've been a sporadical reader since I've had my mini 3 years ago. I bought it used it's a 2002 Cooper S. Never had any trouble with it until about 2 months ago. The car is at 142k km.

In the last 2 months I changed the brakes, the battery, driver's side window motor and regulator, the power steering pump, and the wiper motor.

Now the power steering pump and the passenger's side window regulator are acting up, the DSC and flat tire light are constantly lighten (i've read it's probably a sensor problem), the check engine is lights up here and then, and I have a real strange problem where some times the car goes in a streak of locking himself. It's just like i'm pressing the lock button on the key like once in 5 to 20 seconds non stop until I unlock the car, go in and play with the door lock toggle switch. The car did that 3 times this week.

Now I have 3 questions:
1- Do I sell this as fast as I can ?
2- when I fix everything up what do you think will go down next ?
3- What's up with the door lock problem ?(found nothing in the forum)
