Brake click and unknown squeek

I installed new rotors and pads a couple thousand miles ago and ever since then I have been having a weird click. Under hard braking I can hear a clicking noise coming front the front left corner. I know it isn't the abs and it definitely is connect with wheel speed, fast clicking at faster mph. I don't think it is a warped rotor because I cannot feel anything, I can only hear it. Any ideas what this could be?

While I'm at it...on occasion my car (2004 MCS) squeaks in the rear. I only notice it when stopped, it will squeak repetitively for about 10 seconds and then stop. It happens about once a month and is loud enough to hear with the windows up and the music on. I thought it might be the exhaust hangers, after trying to make them squeak by hand I gave up on that idea. Also, the interval between squeaks is always constant at a little more than 1 per second. Any idea what could cause this?
Thank you in advance!
Happy Holidays.

Question.. What pads did you install? Also you mention a interval to the squeak? You may want to check the wheel bearing for play, they have been known to go bad on occasion

No, no leftover parts. I don't think it could be the bearing because I hear it when the car is standing still. Installed ATE rotors with Hawk HPS pads.

could be some play in the rubber bushing the slide pin goes through. The caliper will **** outward slightly when applying brake pressure. Nothing to worry about safety wise, but worth trying to correct.
