When the headlight lamp washers are used there is a clicking noise when water is injected, and it sounds like it is coming from inside the say but who knows really.

I have head it a few times when operate my flash my high beams, you hear it and feel something moving but not recently. I would imagine it has something to do with the movable headlamps.

Anyway, next time i am at the dealer i will have them check it out but just wanted to know if any other MCS does this.

 

Yep, it's normal, the headlight washers actually pop forward a few inches (!) when they spray. You should have someone trigger the washing while you're standing outside the car, it makes for a great show

Woah! That's crazy! I assumed they just tilted up or raised up half an inch or so.

 

On the earlier models with the lights in the bonnet, it's easy to manually pop these out and take a look.
