I need new brake pads is there any recommendations on pads for stock brakes and rotors

I believe the group consensus would be to go with the Hawk HPS or HP+ depending on the intended use.

Hawk ceramic is also highly recommended, by me.
If you are just doing street use ceramic gives stock feel and low dust.

EBC greenies here

EBC greenies have been my choice and they have the slots for the sensors.

Have 'em on the front of both my 02 and 07
