Rust After Washes

I was wondering if anyone had any good solutions to these rust problems after washes.
After was rims rust develops. Once you drive and use the brakes most is gone, but there is still some at the ring around the top where the disks connect and the brakes dont touch. Any solutions?

Also after spraying the front, it gets in the grill. I've noticed some water marks on my radiator which i dont want to turn into rust in a few years. I hope theres a different solution than taking the front grill out every time to wipe it clean and dry.

Thank you

Radiator is aluminum, it doest not "rust" it pits..which is still oxidation and the moisture in the air will do that anyway.

The rust on your discs is normal and completely ok, just brake a few time before you get on the motorway.

If the hub of the disc is rusting you could paint it with caliper paint. The other option is some cross-drilled Zinc coated rotors.
