Fog Light out... Covered???

My right side front fog light no longer works... Anybody know if this is covered under warranty???

Given that they replace wiper blades, I would assume they'd cover bulbs, too. (Kind of strange for a fog bulb to burn out that quickly though...)

Both of the last dealerships I worked at would replace bulbs under warranty. Usually, the only common things not covered are maintenance items, ie-oil changes.
